Vellka LLC (“Vellka”) takes intellectual property matters seriously. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement or that your intellectual property rights have been violated in any other way, please notify Vellka’s agent for notice of claims of intellectual property infringement (“Vellka’s Agent”). Due to security concerns, Vellka cannot accept e-mail attachments. Consequently, if you submit material via e-mail, please include all information in the body of the e-mail and not as an attachment.
When contacting Vellka’s Agent, please provide a written submission that includes all of the following information (the “Notice”):
An identification of the copyrighted work (or other intellectual property) that you claim is being infringed;
a description of where the material at issue can be found at the Vellka Site (if possible, please provide a specific URL);
your physical mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address;
a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed copyrighted work (or other intellectual property) is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
a statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that all of the information provided in the Notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the copyrighted work (or other intellectual property) at issue or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner; and
your physical or electronic signature.
Vellka will remove any infringing material subject to the procedures outlined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
