Old School Bagel Cafe was established in August of 2007, but its owners are not new to the bagel business. Childhood buddies, Danny Cowan and Wayne Hansen, opened the cafe after Cowan had been in the bagel business for twenty-plus years. Our bagels are water-boiled, then baked. Our dough is made fresh daily, so our bagels are fresh, a process that begins at 3 a.m. every morning. Come in and try our delicious Mokarabia coffee.
